Note: We only send the goods once payment is received! The following methods are available:

Payment via PayPal
PayPal is an internationally renowned trust service, enabling vendors and purchasers to process pay-ments between one another. PayPal processes the payment with you and forwards the payment to the respective Brandes Core Management. You can find more information on this service at www.paypal.com.

Payment by Credit Card
If you have chosen to pay by credit card, you will be forwarded to a secure website for processing credit card payments. Please enter the credit card company here (Mastercard / VISA / AMAX).
You will then be asked to enter your card number and expiry date. As soon as you have completed the fields required, you can perform the transaction by clicking on “Complete payment”.

For every order, the Brandes Core Management reserves the right to limit payment methods mentioned or to obligate customers to pay using other payment methods.

For credit card payments, the order contract comes into effect on the day the order is received. For credit card payments, once the order is completed in our Brandes Core Management online shop, the customer is redirected automatically to our payment provider. The customer enters their credit card de-tails, via a secure connection, directly on our payment provider’s homepage. No credit card data is stored in the Brandes Core Management online shop.

The Brandes Core Management only accepts payments in Swiss francs (CHF) and only from Swiss bank accounts or post accounts, such as Swiss credit card providers or credit card providers licensed in Swit-zerland. In no case does the Brandes Core Management take transaction charges.

Customer refunds are only made to the account the customer used to make the payment or to the credit card provider used by the customer. If the customer is no longer the holder of the account or is no long-er a customer of the credit card provider, they must inform the Brandes Core Management immediately of a new account with a Swiss bank or post office. The Brandes Core Management can request legal proof as to the holder of the account from the customer or from the bank named. If this does not hap-pen immediately, the Brandes Core Management can offset all expenses for the refund with the amount to be repaid and, in addition, can charge the customer for expenses.

The working days mentioned in this clause are all days, except for Saturday, Sunday and public holidays at the Brandes Core Management’s registered office, the registered office of the courier, the respective post office, the haulage or transportation company as well as the place of residence or registered office of the customer.
